(b) Copies these two latest folders within DPC to “C:\OneDrive - M圜omp”. This is the folder which has been auto-synch to “OneDrive” cloud storage under my email credentials. In short, the batch file does all the work in two steps: (a) Copies two shared folders \\162.10.200.107\Finance (folder name “Finance”) and \\162.10.200.107\Public\Finance & Project (folder name “Public/Finance & Project”) to my DPC at 5.00 pm every weekday. The individual weekday’s folder is named with a suffix, i.e. All the processing is done within a batch file on my Desktop PC (“DPC”), using Microsoft’s in-built “ Robocopy” program.
